The night attendant, I think his name was Matt, was the friendliest most helpful I've ever seen.
The air conditioning unit was extremely loud so that we could not sleep. The morning attendant came in to listen and agreed it was unusually loud. He took $10 off our bill and said we would have to contact corporate to get any more. Also, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure our room had two doubles instead of queens.

The motel’s affordability and cleanliness made it a decent choice for visiting nearby parks. It lacked a fridge, coffee maker, and the water could only be lukewarm. On the bright side, staff were friendly, and it’s convenient for pet owners.

The pool and hot tub area was clean and taken care of well, and the office staff was friendly and helpful.
No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, just basic soap bars provided, and there was only one nightstand by the bed so on the other side of the bed- I had to just sit my watch and such on the floor instead of the top of a nightstand, unless I wanted to pass it over to my husband.

The beds were comfortable, light airy room.
No coffee facilities in room, counter too high, could not see staff when sitting down. Not overly inviting staff.

Beware if you bring your pets!
They have this crazy rule about not leaving pets alone or animal control gets called. We spent two days stuck inside worrying! The location's a bit away from downtown too.

There is an outdoor heated pool & hot tub. There was noone there but myself. I had the entire place to myself and swam for an hour until I was waterlogged! This was around 4-5pm, the perfect hour to relax and get ready for a great dinner in Moab. There was lots of parking.

I had a problem with my reservation. It was annoying to not get my room that I booked.

I still am unsure if we received the proper discount, The young woman at the desk said since we booked online we got the same discount we would have received with AARP or my Veterans discount. The other desk clerk said we should get more but was busy with other customers so she did not follow up. I think a bit of training would be in order, If we were overcharged I am sure it was not by much,
